交通工程学在道路交通安全研究的人、车、路、环、管这个大系统中,对于“人”的研究始终占着首位。而介入交通的人中,机动车驾驶员与广大交通参与者的矛盾是主要矛盾,驾驶员又居于主要矛盾方面。全国、全省和乐山市的统计分析结果表明:在所发生的变通事故中,驾驶员负有主要责任的占80％以上;死人事故中,驾驶员负完全或主要责任的占到50％以上。
Traffic Engineering In the large system of people, vehicles, roads, rings and tubes in the study of road traffic safety, the research on “people” always takes the first place. Among the people involved in traffic, the contradiction between motor vehicle drivers and the majority of traffic participants is the main contradiction, and the drivers also live in the main contradictions. The statistical analysis results of the whole country, Leshan and Leshan showed that over 80% of pilots took primary responsibility when accidents occurred, and over 50% of drivers were responsible for complete or primary responsibility .
