本文推导了螺旋压力机整体机身的内力、变形与弹性变形能的计算公式,并以DDFSP 程序(?)对国产 J53系列双盘摩擦压力机进行了计算,同时还与实际测试结果进行了比较分析。本文考虑了剪切的影响,并根据机身的实际情况与测试结果,修正了有关计算公式。另外还以 DDFSP 程序求得了剪切截面系数的精确值,为正确分析剪切的影响提供了有利条件。本文对螺旋压力机机身的扭转问题进行了较详细的分析,以半空间扭转刚架求解了内力、变形与弹性变形能,并以电测法进行了实验验证。本文最后附有简要结论,可供螺旋压力机研制部门参考。
In this paper, the formula of internal force, deformation and elastic deformation energy of screw press body is deduced. The domestic J53 series double disc friction press is calculated by DDFSP program (?), And compared with the actual test results analysis. In this paper, the influence of shear is considered, and according to the actual situation of the airframe and the test results, the relevant formulas are revised. In addition, the exact value of the shear section coefficient was obtained by DDFSP program, which provided favorable conditions for the correct analysis of the influence of shearing. In this paper, the torsion problems of the screw press body are analyzed in detail. The internal force, deformation and elastic deformation energy are solved by the half-space torsional rigid frame, and the experiment is verified by the electrical measurement method.
