为了寻求一种测定生物样品及食品中铝含量的简易方法 ,作者研究了铝与 氟、7-碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸、十六烷基三甲胺在NH4AC-HAC缓冲溶液(pH6.0)中 形成的四 元荧光配合物体系,并对样品处理及荧光测定条件进行了优化,用以测定头发及食品样品中 的铝含量。结果显示:该方法的线性范围为0.002~0.200 μg/ml,检出限为1.0×10-3 μg/ml ,样品的加标回收率为88.66%~112.61%, 相对标准偏差为1.87%~2.56%, 具有灵敏度高、选 择性好、抗干扰能力强、应用范围广的特点,值得推广应用。
In order to find a simple method for the determination of aluminum in biological samples and foodstuffs, the authors studied the effects of aluminum and fluoride, 7-iodo-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid, cetyltrimethylamine in NH4AC-HAC buffer solution (PH 6.0). The sample processing and fluorescence determination conditions were optimized for the determination of aluminum in hair and food samples. The results showed that the linear range of this method was 0.002-0.200 μg / ml with the detection limit of 1.0 × 10-3 μg / ml. The spiked recoveries were 88.66% ~ 112.61% with relative standard deviations of 1.87% ~ 2.56 %, With high sensitivity, good selectivity, anti-interference ability, wide range of applications, it is worth promoting the application.
