以稻壳替代部分木屑栽培灵芝,观测其菌丝发育、子实体经济性状。结果表明,培养料稻壳含量在5%和15%范围内,均有利于灵芝菌丝生长;添加量为15%时,菌丝生长最快,可能是适量的添加稻壳提高了袋内的透气性,促进了菌丝生长。稻壳含量为35%和45%时,灵芝菌丝生长受到抑制且发菌期污染率明显上升,可能是过量的稻壳导致发菌期菌袋内保水性差,且稻壳中
Replacing part of sawdust with rice husk to cultivate Ganoderma lucidum, observed mycelial development, fruiting body economic traits.
