研究了在1.2 mm/s焊接速度下,激光功率对304不锈钢薄板搭接接头组织和性能的影响。结果表明,焊缝区熔合线附近组织为树枝晶组织,焊缝中心为等轴晶,随着激光功率的提高,枝晶变长,枝晶间距变大,等轴晶区域减小,晶粒粗化。焊缝区的显微硬度随激光功率的提高而增大,高于母材硬度。不同激光功率条件下制备的接头强度不同,激光功率为5 kW时,接头的抗拉强度最优,略高于母材的强度。
The effect of laser power on the microstructure and properties of 304 stainless steel lap joints at 1.2 mm / s welding speed was investigated. The results show that the microstructure near the weld line is dendritic and the center of the weld is equiaxed. As the laser power increases, the dendrite grows longer and the dendrite spacing becomes larger, and the equiaxed zone decreases. The grain Roughening. The hardness of weld zone increases with the increase of laser power, which is higher than that of base metal. The strength of the joints prepared under different laser power is different.
