集体创作是一种好办法,采取这种办法来进行创作,已经出现了很多好作品。目前,工厂的创作小组写的剧本,绝大多数是采取这种办法,而且写得多,写得快,特别是有党委和工会的领导同志参加,这些剧本的政治质量与艺术质量都是比较高的。集体创作的办法,实际上是走群众路线的办法,单靠一个人的劳动,在较短的时间内与写作经验不足的情况下,是的确吃力,又不容易写好的。
