前言兰化石油化工厂中试室研制的65~#丙烯腈催化剂,在生产中运转约一万小时后,活性明显下降。经物化测试,表明导致催化剂活性下降的主要原因是:(1)元素及氧化物的流失使组份的原子比失调;(2)催化剂表面及孔结构发生了变化;(3)催化剂中部分元素的原子价态发生了变化等。我们采取的回收及恢复活性方法,是把废催化剂(包括载体)全部回收,补加元素调整组成,用强氧化剂进行预处理恢复正常
Preface Lanzhou Petrochemical Plant pilot room developed 65 ~ # acrylonitrile catalyst, operating in production for about 10,000 hours after the activity decreased significantly. The physical and chemical tests show that the main reasons leading to the decrease of the catalyst activity are: (1) the loss of elements and oxides causes the atomic ratio of the components to be out of tune; (2) the surface and pore structure of the catalyst have changed; (3) The atomic valence has changed. We take the recovery and recovery activity is to waste catalyst (including carriers) all recovered, supplemented by elemental adjustment, pretreatment with strong oxidants returned to normal
