社会主义廉洁文化是一种政治伦理文化。政治伦理价值是它的核心价值,它要求执政党立党为公、执政为民,要求公共行政清廉,要求立法司法公正、廉洁。建设社会主义廉洁文化必须从传统思维意识的束缚中解脱出来,实现从对官员道德精神教育向建设公共权力的政治伦理转变,从宣教官员向培训群众转变。要把促进社会主义政治文明发展确立为社会主义廉洁文化的最高价值目标,充分发挥它的政治伦理的教育导向功能。
Socialist honest culture is a political and ethical culture. The value of political ethics is its core value.
