目的:探讨短期胰岛素泵强化治疗对2型糖尿病患者围术期8-异前列腺素的影响。方法80例2型糖尿病患者分为二组,观察组为胰岛素泵持续皮下注射组,对照组为多次皮下胰岛素注射组,对二组治疗2周。比较二组治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h 血糖(2hPG)、空腹 C 肽(FC - P)、餐后2hC 肽(2hC - P)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1 c)、8-异前列腺素 F2α(8- iso - PGF2α)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等变化情况。结果二组治疗后 FPG 、2hPG 、HbA1 c 、8- iso - PGF2α均较治疗前明显下降,FC - P 、2hC - P 及SOD 均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵短期强化治疗对围术期 2型糖尿病不仅具有平稳降糖、改善β细胞功能及胰岛素抵抗的作用,而且具有改善氧化应激及降低高糖毒性的作用。“,”Objective To explore the effect of short - term insulin pump intensive therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus perioperative 8 - iso - PGF2α .Methods Eighty cases of patients with type 2 dia‐betes was divided into two groups ,experimental group for pump continuous subcutaneous insulin injection group ,the control group for multiple subcutaneous insulin injection group ,2 weeks on two groups of treat‐ment .Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) ,blood sugar 2 hours after meal (2h PG) ,fasting C peptide (FC -P) ,postprandial 2 hours C peptide (2hc - P) ,glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1 c) ,8 - hydroxy deox‐yguanosine (8 - OHdG) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were compared between two groups before and after the treatment .Results In two groups ,FPG ,2 hPG , HbA1c and 8 - iso - PGF2αafter treatment were significantly decreased than before treatment ,but the FC - P ,2hc - P and SOD were significantly in‐creased (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion The short - term intensive insulin pump therapy not only can steady blood glucose ,improve β - cell function and insulin resistance ,but also can play a role of improving oxidative stress and reducing inflammation .
