采用原子荧光进行检测时,由于检测限低,仪器产生的漂移对数据结果影响非常大。文章通过仪器使用过程中总结的几种方法,排查并减少由于原子荧光光度计仪器漂移导致的数据偏差,以提高原子荧光检测微量元素检测结果的准确性。
Atomic fluorescence detection, the detection limit is low, the drift of the instrument produced a great impact on the data results. The article examines and reduces the data deviation caused by drift of atomic fluorescence photometer in order to improve the accuracy of detection of trace elements by atomic fluorescence spectrometry through several methods summarized in the process of using the instrument.
