在进行长距离输水时,管路的水头损失对水泵总扬程有较大影响。为使水泵在各种工况下均能稳定运行,采用变频调速能达到可观的节能效果,变频范围为60%-100%,能保证水泵在高效率运行。本文针对淮水北调临焕输水管道工程的有关特点,介绍了变频器在管道充水、单泵启动运行及梯级泵站间流量匹配中的应用。
In the long-distance water delivery, the pipeline head loss on the pump has a greater impact on the total head. In order to make the pump run stably under various operating conditions, the frequency conversion speed regulation can achieve considerable energy saving effect. The frequency conversion range is 60% -100%, which can ensure the pump to operate at high efficiency. In this paper, according to the relevant characteristics of Linhuan pipeline project of Huai to North Water Transfer Project, the application of frequency converter in pipeline filling, starting and running of single pump and the matching of flow between pump stations is introduced.
