一、关于促进产业结构优化升级和区域经济协调发展的税收政策与会代表分析认为,2006年我国国民经济总体形势是好的,保持了较快的发展速度、企业经济效益较好、市场价格平稳、国内外需求比较旺盛。但是,也应清醒看到,宏观经济运行中存在的投资增长过快、货币信贷投放及能源消耗过多、环境压力增大等突出矛盾还没有得到有效解决。今后一个时期的经济工作要全面贯彻落实科学发展观,更加重视经济结构调整和经济增长方式的转变,推动国民经济平稳较快协调发展。
I. Tax Policies on Promoting the Optimization and Upgrading of Industrial Structure and Coordinated Development of Regional Economy Attendees at the conference held that in 2006 the overall national economy in China was good and maintained a relatively fast pace of development. The economic benefits of enterprises were good and the market prices were stable. Demand is strong at home and abroad. However, we should also be soberly aware that the outstanding contradictions in the operation of the macroeconomy such as excessive growth of investment, excessive use of money and credit, excessive energy consumption and increased environmental pressure have not yet been effectively resolved. In the next period of economic work, we must comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development, pay more attention to the structural changes in economic restructuring and changes in the mode of economic growth, and promote the steady, rapid and coordinated development of the national economy.
