随着国家经济建设的成功,人们生活水平的提高,城市化进程的推动,国家在基础建设上的投资越来越大,国家对建筑行业政策的调整,建设企业也越来越多,竞争日益激烈,甚至现在出现了招不到工人的境地,其核心就是对人才的竞争。对于企业人力资源管理工作来说,提升管理水平,建立于企业发展相适应的人力资源管理工作体系,是当前建筑行业提升竞争力的重要因素。本文主要从企业施工管理的角度结合人力资源管理的特点,找出建筑企业在人力资源管理方面容易出现的问题,对人力资源管理的完善举措提出自己的见解。
With the success of the country’s economic construction, improvement of people’s living standards and the promotion of urbanization, the state has made more investments in infrastructure construction. The state has also adjusted more and more policies on the construction industry, and more and more enterprises are building and the competition is growing. Fierce, and even now there is no recruit workers situation, the core is the competition for talent.
