蒙古杜砂岩油藏为薄层状弱边水普通稠油油藏,该油藏层间渗透率差异大,油水粘度比224。投入注水开发后,注入水指进速度快,水驱效果差。针对上述情况,研制了适合该油藏的调堵剂,并对调堵剂的交联时间、凝胶体粘度、热稳定性及其在多孔介质中的封堵程度等性能进行了测试与评定。对如何防止或减少调堵剂对中、低渗透层的伤害问题进行了论述,提出了相应的工艺措施,并提出了依据室内模拟试验和油藏特征确定注入压力的新方法。经现场实践,较好地解决了蒙古林砂岩油藏层间矛盾突出的问题。
The Mongolia sandstone reservoir is an ordinary thin-thick weak-edge water heavy oil reservoir with large difference in permeability between layers and an oil-water viscosity ratio of 224. Into the water injection development, injection of water into the fast, poor water flooding. In view of the above situation, a plugging agent suitable for the reservoir was developed, and the cross-linking time of the plugging agent, the viscosity of the gel, the thermal stability and the plugging degree in the porous media were tested and evaluated. How to prevent or reduce the damage of medium and low permeability layer by plugging agent was put forward, and the corresponding technical measures were put forward. A new method of determining injection pressure based on indoor simulation test and reservoir characteristics was put forward. The field practice, a better solution to the Mongolian sandstone reservoirs prominent contradictions between layers.
