稻田养蟹是利用稻蟹共生,使能量和物质向有利于水稻和河蟹生长的方向流动,形成良性循环,从而实现合理利用资源。稻田养蟹技术开辟了水产业可持续发展的新途径。水稻可以给河蟹提供生存的环境,河蟹摄食饵料产生的粪便为水稻提供了营养,促进水稻生长。稻田养蟹不仅能改善生态环境,而且还能增加农民收入,同时稻田养蟹也是发展绿色优质无公害水稻的有效尝试。
Rice crab farming is the use of rice crab symbiosis, so that energy and materials to the growth of rice and crabs in the direction of the flow, the formation of a virtuous circle, so as to achieve the rational use of resources. Rice crab technology has opened up a new way for the sustainable development of aquaculture. Rice can provide living environment for crabs, crab feedstuffs produced by manure provide nutrition for rice, and promote rice growth.
