文章旨在探究图书馆服务功能IT消费化的用户使用意愿,对图书馆构建更符合用户需求的数字化服务体系及提高用户满意度具有积极意义。在整合效价理论、信息系统持续使用理论和技术接受理论等的基础上提出假设并建立理论模型。以中部8所高校图书馆的师生用户为实证研究样本,采用情境实验结合问卷访谈的方式获取361份有效数据,并使用Smart PLS2.0对模型进行检验。研究结果显示,感知风险和感知收益均能显著促进用户的感知满意度,进而促进使用意愿;感知收益正向影响感知有用性,而感知风险对感知有用性无显著影响作用;感知便利性正向促进感知易用性和感知有用性,感知易用性同样正向促进感知有用性;感知有用性和感知满意度均能正向影响用户使用意愿。
The purpose of this article is to explore the willingness of users to consume IT in library service functions, and to build a digital service system that is more suitable for the needs of users and to enhance customer satisfaction. On the basis of integrating the theory of potency, theory of continuous use of information system and theory of technology acceptance, this paper puts forward the hypothesis and establishes the theoretical model. Taking the sample of teachers and students in 8 university libraries in Central China as empirical research samples, 361 effective data were obtained by means of situational interview and questionnaire interviews, and the model was verified by using Smart PLS2.0. The results show that both perceived risk and perceived benefit can significantly promote the user’s perceived satisfaction and thus promote the willingness to use; perceived benefits positively affect perceived usefulness while perceived risk has no significant effect on perceived usefulness; and perceived convenience is positively Promote perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use is also positive to promote perceived usefulness; perceived usefulness and perceived satisfaction can positively affect the user’s willingness to use.
