由中国核学会主办的第一届海峡两岸辐射医学应用研讨会于1993年8月30～31日在北京举行。参加研讨会的海峡两岸辐射医学专家和学者52人,广泛交流了我国近年来在核医学方面取得的成果。此次研讨会共收到大陆和台湾学者的论文25篇,内容涉及放射性药品的研究、生产和应用,放射性同位素诊断疾病,核药品治疗疾病,核医学中的辐射防护及辐射灭菌等领域。放射性药品是指用于临床诊断或治疗的放射性核素制剂或其标记物。两岸学者分别介绍了他们对核药品的研制与应用情况及安全管理情况。目前,台湾地区利用放射性同位素诊断、治疗疾病的医疗院所有4000余家。台湾原子能委员会下设有辐射防护处,负责医用放射性药物的生产、检验、输入、输出、转让,以及核药物设备的安装、使用、废弃等的管理;
The first cross-Strait seminar on radiation medicine application hosted by the Chinese Nuclear Society was held in Beijing on August 30-31, 1993. There were 52 experts and scholars in radiation medicine on both sides of the Taiwan Strait participating in the symposium and extensively exchanged the achievements made by China in nuclear medicine in recent years. The symposium received a total of 25 essays by scholars from mainland China and Taiwan on the research, production and application of radiopharmaceuticals, diseases diagnosed by radioisotopes, disease treatment of nuclear medicine, radiation protection in nuclear medicine and radiation sterilization. Radiopharmaceuticals refer to radionuclide formulations or their labels used in clinical diagnosis or treatment. The scholars from both sides of the strait introduced their research and application of nuclear medicine and their safety management respectively. At present, there are more than 4,000 medical hospitals that use radioisotopes to diagnose and treat diseases in Taiwan. The Taiwan Atomic Energy Commission has a Radiation Protection Department under the management of the production, testing, input, export and transfer of medical radiopharmaceuticals and the installation, use and disposal of nuclear medicine equipment.
