优良的少年兒童讀物是向少年兒童進行共產主义教育的有力工具。近兩年來,我國少年兒童讀物的出版工作發生了很大变化,國营和公私合营出版社所出版的少年兒童讀物已佔絕对优势,基本上完成了对私营兒童讀物出版商的社会主义改造,因而少年兒童讀物的質量有了提高,粗製濫造的狀况大大改变。但是,少年兒童讀物的出版工作至今还存在不少問题,最嚴重的是少年兒童讀物奇缺,种類、數量、質量都远远不能滿足少年兒童的需要。解决这些問題就是目前少年兒童教育事業中的一項極其重要的任务。
Good children’s books are a powerful tool for educating children and adolescents about communism. In the past two years, great changes have taken place in the publishing of children’s books in our country. Children and children’s books published by state-owned and public-private cooperative publishing houses have taken an absolute advantage and basically completed the socialist transformation of privately-run children’s book publishers. As a result, the quality of children’s books has been raised and the status of shoddy changes dramatically. However, there are still many problems in the publishing of children’s books. The most serious problem is the lack of books for children and adolescents. The types, quantity and quality of children’s books are far from meeting the needs of children and adolescents. Solving these problems is an extremely important task in current education for children and adolescents.
