随着就读高职院校的学生数目的增多,社会经济发展的节奏加快,针对就业单位的用人要求不断提高,求职机会的竞争愈加激烈,学生的心态难免会失衡,在学习和生活中出现一些特立独行的言谈举止,不利于对其实施管理和进行教育。与显著地提高学习成绩相比较,如何在大学数年时间内培养一个学生形成较为完善的人格,用以面对这个快速发展的时代,显得犹为重要。所以,对学生及时进行介入教育,进行适当的心理辅导,对于其人生成长阶段的规划和选择,是很有必要的。
