目的分析人性化护理在脑梗死患者康复中的应用方式及其效果。方法选取2015年3月—2016年3月该院所收治的脑梗死患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为两组,实验组和常规组。相同疾病患者采用相同治疗方案,两组患者均以常规护理为基础,实验组患者在常规组的护理基础上采用人性化护理。对比两组患者的生活质量。结果实验组患者的各项生活质量评分均显著高于常规组患者的生活质量评分,各项数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理在脑梗死患者康复中的应用效果显著,能够显著改善患者在治疗后的生活质量,更利于患者健康生活,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the application of humanized nursing in the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction and its effects. Methods Sixty patients with cerebral infarction admitted from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected as subjects and divided into two groups according to random number method: experimental group and conventional group. The same disease patients with the same treatment, two groups of patients are based on routine care, the experimental group of patients in the conventional group based on the use of human care nursing. The quality of life of two groups of patients was compared. Results The scores of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction has significant effect, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients after treatment, more conducive to the healthy life of patients, it is worth clinical promotion.
