目的:了解绵阳市医院恶性肿瘤的综合治疗情况。方法:以NCCN指南为标准,对绵阳市的三家综合性医院的肿瘤科和外科(包括普外科、胸外科、乳腺科、妇产科、五官科)的恶性肿瘤的综合治疗情况进行评估。结果:在三甲医院手术、新辅助治疗、辅助治疗、化疗、放疗、同步放化疗的评价数值分别为97.8%、92.8%、93.8%、92.7%、56.5%、53.2%;二甲医院相应治疗分别为98.5%、50%、81.5%、80%、86%、70%;二甲以下医院相应治疗分别为99%、20%、60%、70%、50%、20%。肿瘤科的评价平均数值为93.3%,所有外科的评价平均数值为72.9%。结论:绵阳市肿瘤的综合治疗在三甲医院开展较好,二甲医院及其以下医院次之;肿瘤科的综合治疗好于外科。
Objective: To understand the comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors in Mianyang Hospital. Methods: According to the NCCN guidelines, the comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors in oncology and surgery (including general surgery, thoracic surgery, breast surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, ENT) in three general hospitals in Mianyang City was evaluated. Results: The evaluation values of operation, neoadjuvant therapy, adjuvant therapy, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and concurrent chemoradiation in the top three hospitals were 97.8%, 92.8%, 93.8%, 92.7%, 56.5% and 53.2% respectively; The rates were 98.5%, 50%, 81.5%, 80%, 86% and 70% respectively. The corresponding treatments in lower level hospitals were 99%, 20%, 60%, 70%, 50% and 20% respectively. The average oncology rating was 93.3%, and the average rating on all surgeries was 72.9%. Conclusion: The comprehensive treatment of tumors in Mianyang is better in the top three hospitals, followed by the second-grade hospitals and the following hospitals; the comprehensive treatment of oncology is better than surgery.
