本文对稻种的气调包装、真空包装、充纯氮包装、普通含空气包装等多种包装 储藏形态与未包装的散装储藏进行了对比试验。并采用正交试验设计方法,对影响稻种 包装储藏发芽率的稻种含水率、塑料薄膜性能、气体条件等因子作了方差分析。实验表 明,稻种合水率愈高发芽率愈低,采用阻湿性较好、阻气性差、价格低廉的薄膜,有利于抑 制稻种的呼吸作用,又能维持稻种的生命力,对提高发芽率有利。充填二氧化碳和控制氧 气含量的气调包装储藏,对稻种的发芽率也有提高。本文对稻种的包装储藏形态得出了 较为明确的结论,对解决水稻优良品种在商品化流通中的储藏问题,有实际的参考价值。
In this paper, the atmosphere of the rice varieties of packaging, vacuum packaging, pure nitrogen packaging, ordinary packaging with air and other packaging and storage of unpackaged bulk storage carried out a comparative test. Atmosphere packaging filled carbon dioxide and oxygen content control storage, the germination rate of rice varieties also increased. In this paper, the packaging of rice seed storage form a more clear conclusion, to solve the rice varieties in commercial circulation of storage problems, have practical reference value.
