目的：探讨分子肝素联合参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗急性肺栓塞的临床疗效。方法：选择2013年6月~2016年6月于我院住院确诊为急性肺栓塞患者84例。随机将其分为对照组和试验组，两组各42例。对照组使用低分子肝素等进行常规治疗，试验组在常规治疗的基础上予以参芎葡萄糖注射液，比较两组患者治疗前后血气指标、右心功能及临床疗效。结果：两组患者治疗后血气分析指标、右心功能较治疗前均有改善（P＜0.05），治疗后试验组较对照组改善更明显（P＜0.05）；试验组临床疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：低分子肝素联合参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗急性肺栓塞能显著改善患者 PaO2，右心功能，具有显著的临床疗效。“,”Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Shenxiong glucose injection with molecular heparin in treatment of acute pulmonary embolism.Methods:84 patients with acute pulmonary embolism in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group containing 42 patient. The control group treated with conventional treatment, the experimental group was given Shenxiong Glucose Injection beside conventional treatment, the blood gas,right heart function and clinical curative effect of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results: the blood gas analysis and right heart function index of two groups were improved compared with that before treatment (P < 0.05), experimental group improved more ignificantly than control group(P<0.05);the clinical effect of the experimental group more than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:the low molecular weight heparin and Shenxiong Glucose Injection can significantly improve PaO2 and right ventricular function of the patients with acute pulmonary embolism, also has obvious clinical curative effect.
