In 1983, we organized professional and technical personnel to carry out a survey of Dickinson (endemic cretinism) in the city and township of the whole city. The epidemiological features have been reported in special reports. In this paper, the diagnosis of 255 cases of Dick’s clinical features were analyzed. Survey data First, the clinical manifestations 1, 32 cases of mental retardation idiots, accounting for 12.55%; 123 dementia, accounting for 48.24%; dull 100 cases, accounting for 39.22%. 2, 12 cases of hearing loss total deaf, accounting for 4.71%; 42 cases of deafness, accounting for 16.47%; normal 201 cases, accounting for
