甘肃省甘南公路总段合作公路管理段王格尔塘养管站现有职工53名,由藏、回、汉三个民族组成,管养着两条89共公里国省干线公路,其中国道213线是通往我国西南地区和九寨沟的重要通道,省道312线是通往夏河拉卜楞寺和桑科草原的必经之路。笑傲雪域,高原强风中挺直腰板人们经常这样形容甘南的气候:“终年雪不断,氧气吸不饱;夏天穿棉袄,踏雪吃雪糕。”位于青藏高原东部的甘南,境内大部分地区海拔在3000米以上,这里的夏天只有两个月,采暖期却长达8个月,即使在5、6月份,也经常会大雪纷飞。
