目的;探讨伽玛刀(γ-刀)治疗胶质瘤前后的病理变化。方法:通过7例胶质瘤γ-刀治疗前后的病理改变,分析伽玛射线对胶质瘤所产生的生物效应。结果:7例胶质瘤γ-刀治疗后均发生不同程度的肿瘤变性。坏死、吸收、水肿等治疗作用。1例为多发性囊性变,无瘤细胞生长。6例肿瘤复发。疗效与剂量及时间有依赖性。结论:γ-刀治疗后胶质瘤复发的关键是彻底杀灭CT、MRI显示之外的瘤组织。坏死是γ射线导致供瘤血管损伤和瘤细胞破坏的结果。γ射线有改变胶质瘤细胞代谢的作用。
Objective To investigate the pathological changes of gamma knife before and after treatment of glioma. Methods: The biological effects of gamma ray on glioma were analyzed by pathological changes before and after treatment with γ-knife in 7 gliomas. Results: 7 cases of glioma γ-knife treatment of varying degrees of tumor degeneration occurred. Necrosis, absorption, edema and other therapeutic effects. 1 case of multiple cystic degeneration, tumor-free cell growth. 6 cases of tumor recurrence. Efficacy and dose and time-dependent. Conclusion: The key of glioma recurrence after γ-knife treatment is to completely kill the tumor tissue except CT and MRI. Necrosis is the result of gamma rays that cause damage to the tumor’s blood vessels and tumor cells. Gamma rays have the effect of changing the metabolism of glioma cells.
