针对埋藏深、煤层厚及软弱煤质的极端条件,研究分析了巷旁充填体宽度对综采放顶煤沿空留巷效果的影响。以王庄煤矿7101工作面风巷为工程背景,利用大比例试验台选取2~3 m11种不同宽度的充填体进行相似模拟实验,通过分析各测点的应力和位移数据,确定充填体宽度为2.5 m时留巷效果最好。通过实验分析得出充填体和综放煤巷围岩的相互作用可分为活动前期、活动过渡期和活动后期3个时期。
In view of the extreme conditions of burial depth, coal seam thickness and weak coal quality, the effect of laneway filler width on the gob-side entry retaining effect is studied and analyzed. Based on the engineering background of wind tunnel of 7101 working face in Wangzhuang Coal Mine, a large scale test rig was used to select similar kinds of filling bodies of 2 ~ 3 m and 11 different widths. Through analyzing the data of stress and displacement of each measuring point, the width of filling body was 2.5 m stay Lane best. The experimental results show that the interaction between the filling body and the surrounding rock of fully mechanized coal caving roadway can be divided into three stages: early stage of activity, transitional period of activity and late stage of activity.
