电子文献是一种新的载体,具有信息存储量大,体积小、检索方便等优点,印刷文献历史悠久,适用领域广泛,二者具有互补性。要科学地确定电子文献与印刷文献的馆藏结构,必须明确购买电子文献的目的。此外,电子文献的选取要着眼于馆藏特色;电子文献与印刷文献应分层次收藏。在现有条件下,应以收藏印刷文献为主,电子文献则以收藏检索类文献为主。
Electronic literature is a new kind of carrier, which has the advantages of large amount of information storage, small size and convenient retrieval. The printing literature has a long history and wide application fields, and the two are complementary. To scientifically determine the collection structure of electronic documents and printed documents, the purpose of purchasing electronic documents must be clearly defined. In addition, the selection of electronic documents should focus on collection characteristics; electronic documents and printed documents should be stored in different levels. Under the existing conditions, the printed materials should be mainly printed, and the electronic documents should be mainly based on the collected and retrieved documents.
