This issue of concern is precisely such a group of legal people growing up in cyberspace, some of them through the network from an ordinary prosecutor to the transformation of university teachers, magazines, such as “End of the World Network” webmaster, legal blog network to create Wang Lin, one of the people; some use the Internet to vindicate many public interest litigation outside the professional field, such as lawyer Zhang Xingshui; and some have become well-known “opinion leaders” through writing on the Internet, such as Wang Yi; more like Like the door-to-door webmaster Chen Hongguo, Gate & Gate is quietly busy and “going and reaching where it can be reached” (Hedlin) during the construction of the site.
