厦门城市居民的收入差距持续拉大,贫困群体的规模亦呈扩大之势。导致我市城市贫困群体陷入 贫困的原因多种多样,其中,丧失就业机会、疾病、残疾、年老无依是我市城市贫困群体致贫的主要原因。厦门市城 市反贫困工作走在全国的前列,但是从改革、发展、稳定和三个文明协调发展的需要看,厦门城市反贫困工作中仍 存在这样那样的不足和问题。包括城市贫困群体医疗救助工作滞后、低保对象的动态管理存在困难、本地下岗职 工在就业竞争中处于不利地位等等。
