用胰岛素治疗脑梗塞３４例，发病后１天内入院者１３例，病情无一例进展，而对照组９例中有３例继续发展，两者对比，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），治疗组肌力恢复Ⅲ级者３０肢／２０例，对照组１７肢／１２例，两组比较Ｐ＜０．０１。失语治疗组５例，１０～２１天基本恢复，对照组１９～３５天基本恢复，两者天数对比，Ｐ＜０．０１。说明加用胰岛素治疗急性脑梗塞有较好的疗效
Thirty-four cases of cerebral infarction were treated with insulin and 13 cases were admitted within one day after the onset of disease. None of the patients progressed, while 3 of 9 patients in the control group continued to develop. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01) In the treatment group, the grade of muscle recovery was 30 limbs / 20 cases and 17 cases / 12 cases in control group, P <0.01.
