说到执行力,很多时候我们关注的焦点都放在了个人执行力上,力图通过对个人知识、技能和心态的培训、教导来提升个人的执行力,从而实现良好的工作效率和效果。这一点并没有错,企业中每个人或者说大多数人的执行力提升了,那么工作的绩效自然会得到提升,然而现实中似乎并没有那么简单,尽管企业花了不少的时间和精力来培训个人执行力,但实际的效果并不是很理想,究其原因,主要是因为忽略了执行力的另一个关键点——组织执行力。
