目的探讨痰热清联合头孢呋辛钠治疗老年肺气肿的临床价值。方法将我院2013年7月至2017年12月收治的51例老年肺气肿患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为观察组25例和对照组26例

目的探讨痰热清联合头孢呋辛钠治疗老年肺气肿的临床价值。方法将我院2013年7月至2017年12月收治的51例老年肺气肿患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为观察组25例和对照组26例,对照组单独给予头孢呋辛钠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用痰热清治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组各项临床症状恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用痰热清和头孢呋辛钠联合治疗老年肺气肿患者可以有效的提升临床治疗效果,缩短患者的临床症状恢复时间包括体温、X线线胸片和症
