人的精子上存在有类固醇激素结合位点,据报导类固醇激素能在体内外影响精子的活动力和代谢活动。目前报导指出,17β-雌二醇能增强经改良的Tyrode氏液处理过的精子的活动力,17α-雌二醇虽然在结构上类似17β-雌二醇,但对精子的活动无影响,而孕激素dl-norgestrel能抑制精子的活动能力。类固醇激素能对体外的去除精液浆液部分的精子产生作用,这说明此类激素是直接作用于精子本身而与精液的浆液部分无关。作者把经改良的Tyrode氏溶液处理过的精子分别放入空腹血清中和改良的Tyrode氏液中观
There is a steroid hormone binding site on human sperm. Steroid hormones are reported to affect sperm motility and metabolic activity both in vitro and in vivo. It has been reported at present that 17β-estradiol enhances the activity of spermatozoa treated with modified Tyrode’s solution. Although 17α-estradiol is structurally similar to 17β-estradiol, it has no effect on the activity of sperm Progestin dl-norgestrel can inhibit sperm motility. Steroid hormones on sperm in vitro to remove sperm semen play a role, indicating that these hormones are directly on the sperm itself and the sperm part of the serous nothing.
