本文介绍的转靶X射线衍射仪D/max-rB系统与IBM PC/XT微型计算机的数据通讯技术,将D/max-rB 中所采用的微型机CASIO/RIGAKU FP-6000中使用的全套X射线衍射谱分析用系统软件及应用软件RAD-B 系统(包括全部JCPDS 卡片)传输进IBMPC/XT,也将在PC 机上开发的小角散射分析应用软件传给了FP-6000,实现了两系统间的数据交流,特别是为使用PC 系列微型机分析X 射线衍射谱的工作者享用RAD-B 系统应用软件及其卡片数据库奠定了基础。
