目的探讨银杏叶提取物(EGb)对糖尿病大鼠附睾组织活性氧的影响。方法Wistar雄性大鼠40只,随机分成3组,对照组(C),糖尿病组(DM组)和银杏叶(EGb)治疗组。应用链脲佐菌素(Streptozocin STZ)加高脂高糖饮食制备2型糖尿病模型,治疗组同时给予银杏叶提取物(EGb)10周后,取双侧附睾组织,检测组织中MDA含量、NO含量和SOD、GSH-Px、NOS活性。结果2型糖尿病模型制备成功,糖尿病组与对照组比较,SOD、GSH-Px活性显著降低(P<0.01),MDA含量和NO含量及NOS活性明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而治疗组与糖尿病组比较,SOD、GSH-Px活性显著升高(P<0.01),MDA含量和NO含量及NOS活性明显低于糖尿病组(P<0.01)。结论银杏叶提取物对糖尿病大鼠附睾组织具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract (EGb) on reactive oxygen species in the epididymis of diabetic rats. Methods Forty Wistar male rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group (C), diabetic group (DM group) and ginkgo biloba (EGb) treatment group. Streptozocin STZ plus high-fat and high-sugar diets were used to prepare type 2 diabetes mellitus model. The treatment group was given Ginkgo biloba extract (EGb) for 10 weeks. The bilateral epididymal tissues were taken to detect the content of MDA in tissues and NO. Content and SOD, GSH-Px, NOS activity. Results The type 2 diabetic model was successfully prepared. Compared with the control group, the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in the diabetic group was significantly decreased (P<0.01). The content of MDA, NO, and NOS were significantly higher in the diabetic group than in the control group (P<0.01). Compared with the diabetic group, SOD and GSH-Px activity was significantly increased (P<0.01). MDA content, NO content, and NOS activity were significantly lower in the group than in the diabetic group (P<0.01). Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract has protective effects on epididymis tissue in diabetic rats.
