我国数字出版产业的迅速发展遇到了结构瓶颈,下一步的发展必须通过结构调整来解决问题。数字出版产业的结构调整不论是从国民经济发展还是从出版行业自身发展来看都具有重要意义。结构的调整须遵循政策性、规律性和务实性的原则,以调整优化产业结构,带动产业良性发展。为此需要建立政府导向的企业自主发展机制;需要坚持新产品研发,走技术创新之路;应强化产业链意识,坚持各类企业协调发展。
The rapid development of China’s digital publishing industry has encountered structural bottlenecks. The next step of development must be solved through structural adjustment. The structural adjustment of the digital publishing industry is of great significance not only in the development of the national economy but also in the publishing industry itself. The structural adjustment must follow the principles of policy, regularity and pragmatism in order to adjust and optimize the industrial structure and promote the sound development of the industry. To this end, we need to establish a government-led mechanism for independent development of enterprises. We need to adhere to the road of new product development and technological innovation. We should reinforce the awareness of the industrial chain and adhere to the coordinated development of all types of enterprises.
