4月6日,土耳其经济部和进口总局(以下称:调查机关)发布公告,决定对自全球进口的部分轮胎产品发起保障措施调查。被调查产品的土耳其海关税号为4011.10、4011.20、4011.70、4011.80和4011.90,涉及乘用车轮胎、卡客车轮胎等多类产品(见表1)。调查机关在立案的同时,对被调查产品实施0.50美元/千克的临时保障措施,为期200天。根据《WTO保障措施协议》
