“Transplanting with soil” is a new term emerging from the economics community in recent years. It refers to the fact that researchers from scientific research institutes bring people with scientific research results and move out of the old system and old institutions that are crowded and unable to understand. Transplanting to new systems and institutions with relatively loose soil and environment (mainly private enterprises) allow them to better display their talents and turn scientific and technological achievements into real productivity. The large number of private high-tech enterprises that have emerged since the middle and late 1980s in China is a group of people with lofty ideals in the original scientific research institutions who have “land transplanted”. If Lenovo Group is part of the staff of the Institute of Computer Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences under the leadership of Liu Chuanzhi, they broke through the barriers and formed other organizations to grow and expand, and then incorporated the entire computer. Peking University Founder Group, if it is not Professor Wang Xuan and others who “take the soil transplant” out, but still thundering in the original institutions, I am afraid that until now there will be no “Beijing University Founder.”
