思想政治工作是我党的优良传统,是一切工作的生命线。在公路高速企业发展的过程中,思想政治工作始终起着举足轻重的作用,成为我国公路企业建设事业获得成功的保证。随着知识经济的发展,互联网和国企改革的兴起,高速公路企业所面临的内外部环境发生了巨大变化,给企业的思想政治工作带来了巨大的压力和挑战。新常态下,如何充分发挥思想政治工作在公路发展中的作用是一个值得深入思考和研究的重要课题。
Ideological and political work is the fine tradition of our party and the lifeline of all our work. In the process of highway high-speed business development, ideological and political work has always played a decisive role and has become a guarantee for the success of the road construction in China. With the development of knowledge-based economy and the rise of Internet and state-owned enterprise reform, the internal and external environment faced by expressway enterprises has undergone tremendous changes, which has brought tremendous pressure and challenges to the ideological and political work of enterprises. Under the new normal, how to give full play to the role of ideological and political work in the development of the highway is an important topic that deserves further consideration and research.
