对捕获自湖北流行性出血热(EHF)疫区的224只鼠皮肤破伤进行检查并用免疫荧光方法(IFA)检查鼠肺及血清EHF病毒抗原抗体。结果,鼠皮肤破伤率为30.8%,且其随鼠龄增加而升高;皮肤破伤鼠EHF病毒抗原抗体阳性率分别为24.6%及29.0%,显著高于非皮肤破伤鼠的9.0%及8.4%。认为经皮肤破伤感染可能是自然条件下EHF病毒鼠间传播的重要途径。
