高流量低压(HVLP)喷枪,也称高效低压喷枪。该喷枪具有下述特点: 1.喷涂效率高,大约在65％～90％,与一般传统喷枪相比可节省涂料50％以上。 2.扇面均匀,在诸如高级轿车之类对装饰性要求较高的表面施工时非常容易获得接近镜面的效果。 3.特别适合喷涂金属闪光漆,闪光效果明显、均匀,侧视效应良好。 4.压缩空气压力低,一般不超过0.07MPa。 5.由于喷涂效率较高,涂料损耗较低,对环境保护特别有利。 6.采用旋转式空气帽,每一把枪都可以配置不同的空气帽、喷嘴及顶针,以适合不同场合的不同要求。
