目的探讨中药不良反应增多的原因,找出应对措施。方法解读中药不良反应概念,结合中药不良反应的若干实例进行分析。结果药品不良反应只是药源性疾病的一部分,不能混为一谈。中药不良反应应与药品质量事故、用药不当、使用方法不当、使用假药劣药有着本质的区别。结论正确认识并科学、客观地评价中药不良反应,正确理解中药的毒性,加强临床药学与合理用药指导,中药仍然是相对安全的,只有正确认识才有利于中药事业的发展。
Objective To explore the reasons for the increase of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine and to find out the countermeasures. Methods Interpretation of the concept of traditional Chinese medicine adverse reactions, combined with some examples of traditional Chinese medicine adverse reactions were analyzed. Results adverse drug reactions are only part of drug-induced diseases, can not be confused. Adverse reactions to traditional Chinese medicine should be related to quality of drug accidents, improper use of drugs, improper use of counterfeit drugs using fake drugs are essentially different. Conclusion It is still relatively safe to correctly understand and scientifically and objectively evaluate the adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicines, correctly understand the toxicity of traditional Chinese medicines, and strengthen the guidance of clinical pharmacy and rational use of medicines. Only with correct understanding can it be beneficial to the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
