去年,是重庆市进行经济体制综合改革试点的第三个年头。“改革当头,紧中求活,活中求好”是我市经济工作的指导思想。我们在继续消化、完善前几年已出台的各项改革措施的同时,努力探索改革的新路子,取得了新的进展。加强对企业的指导,进一步增强企业活力去年,由于银根紧缩,部分生产资料价格的放开、产品销售市场竞争激烈,企业在资金、原材料供应和产品销售等方面都经受着一场新的考验。加强对企业的指导,提高企业适应外部环境的应变能力,是搞活企业所面临的重要课题。
Last year was the third year in Chongqing’s pilot program for the comprehensive reform of the economic structure. “Pushing ahead with reform, pressing for survival and seeking improvement in living” is the guiding ideology of our city’s economic work. While continuing to digest and perfect various reform measures that we have already promulgated a few years ago, we have made every effort to explore new ways of reform and made new progress. Last year, due to the monetary tightening and the partial liberalization of the means of production, the product sales market was highly competitive. The enterprises have withstood a new test in terms of capital, raw material supply and product sales. To strengthen the guidance to enterprises and improve their ability to adapt to the external environment is an important task for invigorating enterprises.
