目的 :探讨 4种刺激剂脂多糖 (LPS)、佛波脂 (PMA)、甲酰三肽 (fMLP)和钙离子载体A2 3187及抗炎药物对HL 60细胞生成白细胞介素 8(IL 8)的作用。方法 :用ELISA方法测定IL 8的含量。结果 :LPS对 3种浓度HL 60细胞IL 8生成均有刺激作用 ,PMA ,fMLP 0 0 1,0 1,1,10nmol·L-1和A2 31870 0 1,0 1nmol·L-1亦有明显促进作用。Asp ,Sali,Hcort在 1× 10 -5mol·L-1和Iso 1× 10 -6 ~ 1× 10 -4 mol·L-1可明显抑制IL 8生成。结论 :本研究建立了可靠的筛选IL 8生成抑制剂的模型 ,表明异丹叶大黄素具有明显的IL 8生成抑制作用
Objective: To investigate the effects of four stimulators LPS, PMA, fMLP, A2 3187 and anti-inflammatory drugs on the production of interleukin-8 (IL-8) Role. Methods: The content of IL 8 was determined by ELISA. Results: LPS stimulated the production of IL-8 in HL60 cells of three concentrations, PMA, fMLP 0 0 1, 0 1, 1, 10 nmol·L-1 and A2 31870 0 1, 1 nmol·L-1 enhancement. Asp, Sali and Hcort significantly inhibited the production of IL-8 at 1 × 10 -5 mol·L-1 and 1 × 10 -6 ~1 × 10 -4 mol·L-1. Conclusion: This study established a reliable model for screening inhibitors of IL-8 production, indicating that eustachine emodin has a significant IL 8 production inhibition
