In recent years, foreign molecular biology studies have confirmed that the expression of the invasion-related genes encoded by the Shigella flexnei plasmid is temperature-controlled. On the day when the average temperature continues at 20 ℃ or the maximum daily temperature above 30 ℃, intestinal diarrhea and other intestinal infectious diseases will rise sharply 〔1 ~ 3〕. This article aims to further study and confirm the relationship between the incidence of dysentery and temperature in the city in order to more effectively apply this theory
