本文作者研究了22例Ⅰ型糖尿病患者(研究组),在成功的胰腺移植(移植后功能至少维持12个月)和血糖正常后对其视网膜病变视觉功能的影响,并与16例胰腺移植失败后的患者(对照组)相比较两组患者的年龄、性别、病程、供体组织配型、视网膜病变分级及随访时间大致相近,血浆葡萄糖用 Beckman 葡萄糖分析器测定,糖基血红蛋白用树脂柱或高压液相色谱仪测定,以占总 Hb 百分率表示(正常值5.5～8.5%)。
The authors studied the effect of 22 patients with type 1 diabetes (study group) on the visual function of their retinopathy after a successful pancreatectomy (at least 12 months after transplantation) and normal glucose levels and were associated with 16 cases of failed pancreatement (Control group) were compared with the age, sex, course of disease, donor tissue type, retinopathy grade and follow-up time of the two groups. Plasma glucose was measured by Beckman glucose analyzer. Glycated hemoglobin was detected by resin column or High-pressure liquid chromatography to determine the percentage of total Hb (normal 5.5 ~ 8.5%).
