矿石分选机公司生产的16型光电分选机是根据光学反射的差异,简单、准确、可靠地把有用矿物与废石或其他矿物分选开。该分选机是里奥廷托锌和金矿公司经十年研究而研制成的。它适用于各种贵重矿物的选矿;当入选粒度为12～175毫米时,处理量每小时可达200吨。激光系统能区别有用岩石,并由电子系统操纵高压空气喷咀予以选出。操作不需要熟练的操作工,机件仅需要定期的例行检修(目前运行经验表明设备的效率超过97%)。
The 16 Optical Sorting Machine manufactured by Ore Sorting Machine is based on the difference of optical reflection, so it can simply, accurately and reliably sort useful minerals and waste rock or other minerals. The sorting machine was developed by Rio Tinto zinc and gold companies over ten years of research. It is suitable for a variety of precious mineral processing; when the selected size of 12 to 175 mm, the handling capacity of up to 200 tons per hour. The laser system distinguishes useful rocks and is selected by an electronic system that manipulates a high pressure air jet. Operation does not require skilled operators, mechanical parts only need regular routine maintenance (current operating experience shows that the efficiency of the equipment more than 97%).
