近日香港流感大爆发,短期内陆续有四名儿童死亡,以至于全港小学及幼儿园停课两周,以减少流感在校内扩散的机会。与香港一江之隔的深圳,也有大批儿童出现伤风感冒症状,医院急诊室挤满了家长及候诊儿童;广州市也被流感笼罩,仅儿童医院每天就有五千余人前来求诊。一时间,流感致死造成的恐慌又笼罩在人们心头。
Recently, a big outbreak of influenza in Hong Kong has resulted in the death of four children in a short period of time, so that all primary and kindergartens in Hong Kong are closed for two weeks to reduce the chances of the spread of influenza in schools. There was also a large number of children with cold and flu symptoms in Shenzhen, a city across Hong Kong. The emergency room in the hospital was packed with parents and waiting children. Guangzhou was also enveloped in flu. Only 5,000 children were admitted to the Children’s Hospital daily for consultation. For a time, the panic caused by flu death has enveloped people’s hearts again.
