本文以内蒙古师范大学旅游管理专业为例分析了旅游管理专业学生实习中存在的问题,并提出了完善旅游管理专业学生实习的几点思考。旅游管理是一个实践操作性很强的专业,实习对巩固理论知识、加强个人专业素养非常重要、关键的环节。可是通过研究发现,当前旅游管理专业实习安排中仍存在一些不合理的因素,实习实践教学环节还不是很理想,成功安排旅游管理专业学生实习需进一步的研究与探索。
This article takes tourism management major of Inner Mongolia Normal University as an example to analyze the problems existed in the internship of tourism management major students and puts forward some thoughts on how to perfect the internship of tourism management major students. Tourism management is a highly practical operation practice, internships to consolidate the theoretical knowledge, enhance personal professionalism is very important and crucial part. However, through the research, we find that there are still some unreasonable factors in the practical arrangement of tourism management. The actual practice teaching is not yet very satisfactory. To successfully arrange the internship for tourism management students needs further research and exploration.
